Fee Structure

The ability to properly forecast and budget for expenses is equally as important as the property itself. AMP Equity Management offers a variety of pricing structures for our clients - all of which help eliminate the variability for you.

AMP does not charge for:

  • Listing and marketing vacant apartments

  • Showing vacant apartments in private or group settings

  • Producing basic income statements and profit/loss (P&L) reports
